Founder - Brandon Accardi
Brandon Accardi is an Australian weightlifting and strength and conditioning coach with over a decade of experience. Throughout Brandonā€™s coaching career, he has worked with a wide range of athletes, specialising in weightlifting and power development. Brandon has built a training system that specialises in maximising power development through acceleration-based technology to successfully impact sports performance.

Brandon has personally coached weightlifters to national and international competitions, where most recently his athlete Zoe Pukekura won the 2024 Australian nationals (64kg & Best Overall Female) and placed 4th in the 2024 Commonwealth Championships held in Fiji.

With a passion for education and a mission to provide weightlifting information to coaches, The Weightlifting Mentorship was created in 2022, providing mentorship programs and resources for coaching. The platform is dedicated to empowering coaches with the skills and knowledge to excel in weightlifting coaching.
